DeLonghi Dedica Vs. a manual machine. Hello everyone! I’ve been planning on getting into making espresso from home. My initial though was to go full manual and get a RUK that’s currently on sale paired with a 1zpresso JX, but now I’m wondering if it really is as cost effective as I had thought. I’d have to get a good kettle and aDedica Temperature too low. Evening all (UK time) *Calling all Delonghi Dedica Users*. Unfortunately im having trouble trying to obtain a decent water temperature for pulling espresso shots. I’ve cleaned, descaled and adjusted the temperature setting via the machine and whatever setting it’s on out of the 3 it doesn’t want to make any
So is it worth the upgrade? The Classic is really difficult to source where I live (Ireland; not made any easier due to current circumstances), but one just popped up on a local site (pre-2015 model with the steam wand upgrade).
